Terms of service

Who we are

Retro Dev is the team that created RetroStudio, a game on Roblox. This site, retrodevinfo.com, is run by the Retro Dev team. Retro Dev and RetroStudio are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who can use the site

• You need a Discord account to sign in, so you must meet Discord’s minimum age and follow Discord’s terms.
• If you link a Roblox account, you must follow Roblox’s terms, and you may only link an account that is yours.
• Some pages are only for team members, and some features need a linked Roblox account.

Your accounts

• You sign in with Discord. We never ask for your Discord or Roblox password.
• You can link one Roblox account, either by signing in with Roblox or by putting a short phrase in your Roblox profile’s About for a minute. One Roblox account can be linked to only one Discord account.
• Linking a Roblox account opens player search, the game side of Live Moderation, website support tickets and forms that need a verified Roblox account.
• Keep your accounts secure. You are responsible for what is done with them on this site.

Using the site fairly

• Do not pretend to be someone else, including a team member, and do not link or use an account that is not yours.
• Do not send false reports, spam tickets or forms, or harass team members or anyone else.
• Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual or harmful to tickets or forms, or anything you do not have the right to share.
• Do not try to get around sign-in, access limits or rate limits, scrape the site, or use the player search to track people.
• Do not try to break, overload or find holes in the site. If you find a security problem, tell us privately in a ticket.

Moderation and appeals

Team members can moderate Roblox and Discord accounts under the Retro Dev community rules, and those actions can show in the moderation log on this site. We can also limit or remove your access to the site if you break these terms. If you think a moderation action was wrong, open a Ban Appeal ticket and the team will review it.

What you send us

Forms, tickets, attachments and anything else you send stay yours. You let us store them, show them to the team members who handle them, and keep them for moderation and record keeping, as the privacy policy describes.

Other services

The site shows information from Discord, Roblox and RetroStudio game servers, and links to them. Those services have their own terms and we do not control them. Game and player information on this site can be out of date or incomplete.

No guarantees

We provide the site as it is. It can change, go offline or lose features at any time without notice. To the extent the law allows, the Retro Dev team is not responsible for losses that come from using the site or not being able to use it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
