	―Game Description

Info

Survive Stuff in an Underground Base!! is a survival game created by Viejito_chulo. The game was released on February 23, 2023.^[1] It is currently the 23rd most visited game, right behind Egg Hunt 2025: The Great Voyegge.

Gameplay

Every 20 seconds (or 30 seconds on the first round after a map had been chosen), a random disaster will be picked for the round. Once finished without dying, players will be given 5 points and a win. The points can be used to buy various Power-Ups, Weapons and Toys at the shop. There is a streak system that determines how many rounds the player had survived without dying. If you die, you get sent to the waiting room, where there is an obby to beat for a badge, and a room with concept and fan art. After 15 rounds, a vote for the next map will occur. A special round may also occur about every 5 rounds.

UI

On the left of the screen, is some stats for the player's win streak, total wins, current health, and their points balance. There are also two buttons to open the shop and BP (Badge Prizes) menu.

On the top of the screen, is a UI containing the "Main Text" for the intermission, disaster announcement, and disaster time. Below is the "Sub Text", which is used for updatable announcements, including enemy dialogue.

Then at the bottom-right corner of the screen, are the buttons for settings and the figures viewer. The settings allows you to change certain options, mute music, toggle gamepass items, and activate the special game modes. The figure viewer allows you to view figures collected from surviving special rounds.

Shop and Badge Prizes

Opening the shop via the button on the left shows you a menu where you can buy various items using the points you had earned by surviving disasters. There are 3 item categories: Power-Ups, which can help you with surviving disasters, Weapons, which can be used to attack and kill enemy NPCs, and Toys, which are items that you can play around with. The player needs to click/tap on the item they want to buy, then click/tap on the "Buy" button on the item info section on the right of the menu. Selecting items also shows you info on what the item can do, also on the item info section. For normal users, dying will cause them to lose all purchased items, forcing them to buy them again. However, you can buy the "Keep Inventory" gamepass (i dont remember how much it costs), to keep your items upon dying, though it can also be toggled off.

There is also the BP (Badge Prizes) menu, opened by the button underneath the shop button. This allows you to equip items you earned from badges. There are 3 categories: Survival, from surviving different rounds, or getting a certain streak, Exploration, found by searching for different objects found in a hidden location on each avaliable map (these are usually food items), and Miscellaneous (Misc.), usually given by defeating bosses and other uncategorized tasks. Double clicking/tapping on BP items shows a hint on how to earn the badge, and just like the shop, clicking it once also shows you what it can do.

For both the Shop and BP, they player can also return their items. For returning shop items, they'll also get their points back, while returning BP items does nothing else.

Game Modes

There are two special game modes that the player can select in the settings menu (via the "Open Set. button btw). There are 2 available currently:

Realism Mode: Will make survival more "realistic", as the name says. You will take fall damage if you fall from heights, and also be stunned when that happens. There will also be stamina enabled, meaning you cant run or jump endlessly without it running out. Alongside that, your health will always be set to 50 HP upon enabling it, and armor items are nerfed, meaning it won't give as much protection as without realism mode. And last but not least, if you lose a limb, you'll slowly take damage until you get your limb back at the end of the round. However, surviving 15 rounds with realism mode gives you the "Real Survivor!" badge, and a turkey leg food item with it.
RNG Mode: a game mode that makes your inventory random every round. When enabled, your inventory is cleared, and you get 3 "gift cards." Opening them gives you a random item. Upon surviving a round, your inventory gets reset again, and you'll get another deck of gift cards for the next round. Enabling this also disables the Shop, Badge Prizes, and Gamepass items. However, it seems like you'll get to keep your original items once you die, if you have the Keep Inventory gamepass though. Surviving 20 rounds on RNG mode gives you the "Professional Gambler!" badge, alongside the "Kaboombox" (A boombox that lets players play music from the game's soundtrack.)

Figures

A cool feature with this game is what is called "Figures," most likely based on the Trophies system from the Super Smash Bros game series. In order to collect a trophy, the player must survive a disaster with a special round active, which can be any special round. Upon surviving a special round, a "+1" will appear above the "View Figs." button on the bottom-right corner of the screen (Next to the Settings button!). Opening the menu shows you a list of trophies you have collected so far. The player can then select the figure they want to view, then click the "View Figure" button on the botton-right corner of the menu. Each figure shows their appearance, the figure name, and the lore attached to it. Opening the figure viewer will automatically put the player into AFK mode, to prevent them from dying in the middle of the round since they wouldn't be able to do anything.

There are also milestones for collecting a certain amount of figures, earned by collecting 10, 50, 100, or all figures. These BP items are found in the "Misc." category of the BP items menu.

The Figure Viewer cannot be opened during the middle of a round, unless the player had it open already.

Disasters

These disasters are listed from alphabetical order. Includes the name/figure name, time, initial main text, the tip, details about its attacks, an image of its in-game appearance or figure, and a side note for trivia or the disasters inspiration/source. The image for it appearance may be either the in-game appearance or trophy, or both.

Note that some items in these lists may be missing as of writing this, so make sure to put in the necessary info if you have/know it. If it is not there, it'll be listed as Unrecorded (many of them are unrecorded cause i either forgot to note them down, i didn't have enough time to note it down before the disaster ended, or, for images, that i didn't have the trophy for it, and i didn't feel like taking screenshots of their in-game appearance).

As the current list we have is not complete, alphabetical lists without any disasters listed down will be skipped. Make sure to list them down if you there's any disasters in that alphabetical order. And be warned, some info might be inaccurate; if there is, don't forget to correct them.

Special Rounds

There are different types of special rounds, occurring about every 5 rounds. These are usually meant to make surviving more challenging, however, surviving a special round also awards you with the figure of the disaster that the special round was active on. These are listed in alphabetical order, from what we remember at the time of writing this:

Double Trouble: Spawns another disaster alongside the main disaster, making it more difficult to survive, or under certain conditions (such as Closing Walls + TNT Blast, or Get Down + Choco Milk), even impossible to survive, killing everyone in the server if it had occurred.
Earthquake: the map begins to shake, causing unanchored objects to bounce around, and possibly making survival more challenging.
Fog: Applies a fog, restricting visibility to a small distance, and making it harder to see what's going on.
Ghost: Causes every player and NPC to become partially invisible, making it difficult to see enemy NPCs.
No Items: takes away every players items, meaning they cant use powerups to survive, or attack enemies, making survival difficult.
No Jumping: disables the ability to jump, making it difficult to get to certain safe places.
Spooky Ambience: makes the map very dark after a second or two of the round starting. This makes it very difficult to see what is going on. However, lights will still be visible.
