Unusual Retro Beret is a hat that was made by Dat1nubly and published on the catalog by the Developers it can be purchased on the catalog for 5000 Retrobux

Trivia

This item is a reference to Team Fortress 2 specifically how any Cosmetic (Except for the ones in the Misc category) has less than 1% chance to unbox in unusual quality (which just adds an effect to the hat thats unboxed which would normally not have an effect on them) even then these types of hats are known to be expensive and valuable (a big example to this would be the Team Captain with the unusual effect of the Burning Flames which someone once sold for 14,000 dollars)

This hat uses Green Beret as the base model.

Note for the wiki editors: if you have the hat please tell the people its effect and how it looks like in-game
